Annie Adjchavanich {pronounced: a sho a nit}, is a real estate broker owner and founder of Secret HQ, Inc — a boutique real estate firm based in California.

Secret HQ, Inc is a business intermediary with concentration on business brokering and mergers and acquisitions specializing in second generation food and drink establishments. Additionally, the brokerage assists clients in purchasing or leasing retail, medical/office and warehouse opportunities.

Annie has more than 35 years of sales experience; at 15, her first job was writing scripts and training her adult colleagues on cold calling and booking leads for a Washington, DC real estate firm.

After a decade of working with high net worth art collectors in DC & LA, she began working in commercial real estate as an agent in Downtown Los Angeles, focusing on tenant representation, closing an average of thirty commercial transactions annually while mentoring two junior agents and teaching the pre-licensing course to students studying for the CA Department of Real Estate Salesperson license at Berkshire Hathaway and Keller Williams offices. Within three years, she became the broker owner of Secret HQ, Inc in 2019.

Annie has worked with more than 100 clients in a myriad of fields; from entertainment and hospitality, to biotech and nonprofits; to education and veterinary — to retail and medical/cannabis. She represents 12,000 SF of office and retail properties in Orange County (96% occupied) and is the exclusive MLS listing agent for The Roosevelt Lofts, an historic 222-unit Live/Work property in DTLA.

Annie is passionate about her clients and giving back to her community. She is an ardent supporter of the Echo Park Trash Club, World Harvest Food Bank of Los Angeles, Chrysalis-Changing Lives Through Jobs, and DC Sparkle Squad.
